I descend from Mary or Elizabeth Simons - two sons Richard 1791 & Wm 1801 transported to Sydney NSW Aust abt 1823 on Surrey. Wm had a successful life in Goulburn nsw, Richard not traced; Daughter Mary/Elizabeth Simons m. ? Herbert giving birth to Hannah Herbert who married Wm Hill bstowed 8 sons; Wm Simons nominated them to Sydney abt 1853/54 & all lived in Goulburn NSW. Joseph Hill youngest married Mary Ann Emerton abt 1880 giving birth to 14 children the 14th being my mother, Hilda Mary Hill b .March 1903-June, 1979.Married Alfred Hammond 1920 & their four children are living. Apart from NZ relatives any info when they emerged in UK also origines - told we descend from Jewish family. Kindly make contact Sybil Burden
